Tom in kitchenExecutive Chef, Tom Condron, creates delectable seasonal menus for the Harper’s Group fine dining establishments in Charlotte, NC. Chef Tom earned his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales in Charleston and has apprenticed with top-rated chefs around the globe, including Joel Robuchon, Paul Bocuse, Jean-Louis Palladin and the Michelin-starred Anton Mosimann. He has appeared on Sara Moulton’s “Sara’s Secrets” and Bobby Flay’s “Food Nation” on the Food Network and he’s been featured in USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, and Men’s Health and Restaurant Businesss. Furthermore, Chef Condron was honored to receive the Johnson & Wales 2005 Distinguished Visiting Chef award. Chef Tom volunteers for a plethora of causes including, the Share Our Strength Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy, the March of Dimes, and Youth Soccer.
