Certified Master Chef, Russell Scott is Executive Chef of the prestigious Isleworth Golf & Country Club whose membership includes CEOs, celebrities and athletes such as Tiger Woods. One of only 61 Certified Master Chefs, Chef Scott served as a Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of America’s high-profile American Bounty Restaurant. Chef Russell’s professional experience includes positions at The Greenbrier, Virginia Country Club in Long Beach CA, Los Angeles’ Century Plaza Hotel and the Beverly Hills’ Hotel Nikko. Chef Scott has appeared on three Food Network specials and has been featured in Food Arts Magazine. As a member of the 2000 and 2004 US National Culinary Olympic teams, he contributed to the acquisition of 17 gold medals, 13 silver medals and 4 bronze medals in hot and cold food categories. Chef Russell was also the proud recipient of the American Culinary Federation’s National Chef of the Year award for 2008.
