Turkey Meatballs

1 pound Ground Turkey
1 pound chicken Sausage, casing removed
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon pesto
1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes
1 tablespoon Reggiano Parmesan, small dice
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon kosher Salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil


Combine the above ingredients in a mixing bowl except the olive oil. Using a tablespoon portion enough turkey mixture into medium size balls and place them on a sheet-pan. Using a large skillet, heat the olive oil and place the balls into the pan to brown well.
