Thai Chicken Satay
1 pound chicken
1 jar Peanut sauce
Serve over rice filled with veggies
Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Marinate chicken in Thai Peanut sauce for 10 minutes. Thread chicken on skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning). Grill or broil for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until done.
