Sweet Salmon Fillet


At a glance

4  salmon fillets
Heavy Duty Tin Foil
2 Large Maui Onions Sliced
3 Tablespoons  Brown Sugar
4 tablespoons  Butter
Kosher Salt & Freshly ground Pepper


Place two large pieces of tin foil down.

Spread sliced onion pieces from one onion, on tin foil the length of the salmon pieces. Lay salmon fillet pieces on top of the onion slices. Salt & Pepper to taste. Lightly spread butter on salmon.

Sprinkle with your hand, brown sugar over salmon .Cover salmon with remaining onion slices. Cover salmon with two pieces of tin foil and crimp sides together. Place on grill about 10 min.
