Quick Broccoli Soup


At a glance
Serves 4 cups

1 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups milk
2 TBLsp margarine
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Cook broccoli, drain excess moisture, and stir in mushroom, soup, milk, margarine, and pepper.  Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until hot.  Add cheese and stir until it is melted.

Serves 4 cups
