Posh Pruneaux l’Armagnac


Armagnac is older than cognac (by about 200 years) and is distilled differently.

1 pound prunes
1 bottle of Armagnac


Place the prunes in large mason jar, cover with armagnac, the prunes will soak up the armagnac, so you will need to add more thoughout the week.
When the prunes have soaked up as much as they can hold the liquid will stay covering the prunes.
The whole process is about a week.
