Hot Beef Dip

Jane Tresdale.

1 (8 oz. pkg) cream cheese                                         
½ tsp garlic salt
2 TBsp milk
¼ tsp black pepper
1 (2.25 oz) jar dried beef ( chopped)                      
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped green pepper                                   
½ cup chopped pecans
1 TBsp dehydrated onion                                            
2 TBsp margarine


Mix cream cheese, milk, and sour cream until smooth.  Add beef, green pepper and seasonings.  Saute nuts in the margarine until crisp.  Nuts may be mixed in spread or put on top.

Bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees

Serve with crackers
