2 cups of your holiday stuffing
1 cup diced turkey
3 large eggs
2 cups cream
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
*feel free to add 1 tablespoon of yams, or cranberries, or your leftover veggie.
Preheat oven to 350
Press cold stuffing into a 10-inch pie pan, bake for 10 minutes.
Place turkey and cheese on top of stuffing crust, combine eggs, cream, and salt and pepper.
Pour on over turkey and cheese bake for 30-35 minutes, turn off oven and leave the door open 10 minutes, serve.
