Holiday Leftover Turkey Salad

1-1 1/2 cups leftover holiday turkey, cubed
1 Granny Smith apple, washed and chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoon yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder, more to taste
Pinch of kosher salt, more to taste


Combine turkey, apple, celery and onion in a large bowl. Set aside while you make the dressing in a separate bowl. Combine all the dressing ingredients, adding additional curry powder and salt as needed. Pour the dressing over the turkey salad and stir to combine. Refrigerate for an hour.  Divide salad evenly between four plates or wraps, Add some leftover cranberry sauce before rolling, if desired. Then roll, slice and serve!

Salad can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
