Hash Brown Potatoe Casserole
2 16oz bags of frozen, shredded hash browns (not cubed) – thaw first
2 cups sour cream
1/2 stick soft butter/spread
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teasp. Salt and dash or three of pepper
Mix it all together and spread into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 375 for 45 min. or until brown and bubbly.
