Crab Cake


At a glance

1 pound lump crabmeat
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Italian parsley, minced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
pinch freshly ground pepper
Breadcrumbs to cover


Mix crab well with all ingredients except breadcrumbs, shape into 4 ounce cakes, cover in bread crumbs bake 20 minutes on 375 degrees
