Chilled Peach Summertime Soup

At a glance

1/2 cup orange juice
3 fresh Georgia Peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup sour cream (or yogurt)
1/2 cup half and half (or soymilk)
A few dashes of nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Freshly cracked pepper


Take out about 1/4 of a cup of the peach slices for a topping.
Put the rest of them along with all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend this very well until pureed.
Dice up the leftover peaches and stir them into the soup.
Chill this in the fridge for a few hours and serve with cracked pepper.
