An easy and delicious recipe for southern style pork barbeque that is done in the crockpot!

Kosher salt is larger than table salt so you don't need to use as much. Couscous is a favorite summer-time dish at our house.

*Grandma Shirley's Crazy Cake modified to be chocolatier and healthier!

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Spray PAM an 8x8 cake pan.

Makes 16 servings, 131 calories per serving (which INCLUDES the frosting on the cake!)

While the cake is cooling, make the melted chocolate frosting.

There are over 450 varieties of garlic derived from the lily family.

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 package (8 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
¼ teaspoon instant garlic powder
1 to 2 tablespoons paprika

Some of the most distinctive foods in Italian cooking originated from the Liguria region of Italy.  Of them all, however, Pesto is our favorite.

Its name comes from ‘Pestato’, an Italian word meaning ‘Crushed’; and in this classic recipe from Genova, Basil is crushed with cheeses, pine nuts,garlic and olive oil to create our idea of the perfect Pesto.

We have found so many uses for this sauce; we would quickly run out of space listing them.
