An easy and delicious recipe for southern style pork barbeque that is done in the crockpot!
Kosher salt is larger than table salt so you don't need to use as much. Couscous is a favorite summer-time dish at our house.

Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Spray PAM an 8x8 cake pan.
Makes 16 servings, 131 calories per serving (which INCLUDES the frosting on the cake!)
While the cake is cooling, make the melted chocolate frosting.
2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 package (8 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
¼ teaspoon instant garlic powder
1 to 2 tablespoons paprika
