Caramel Cake with Black Walnuts

1 Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake Mix
FOR CARAMEL ICING:
1 Box Brown Sugar
1 stick of margarine
½ cup Evaporated (can) milk
Methods/steps
Bake cake according to directions in either 2 or 3 layers
For Icing:
Cook to a soft ball, using a candy thermometer . Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Add 1 cup black walnuts
Spread evenly over cake
