Banana Cantaloupe Crepes
30 prepared crepes
1 large cantaloupe
3 ripe bananas
2 cups whipped topping
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Peel and cube melon. Peel and slice banana.
Fold yogurt into whipped topping.
Spread 1 tbsp. yogurt mix onto each crepe, top with alternating pieces of fruit.
Roll crepes jelly-roll style. Top each with remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with pecans.
