Autum Chili


Take off the Fall chill with this rich and
filling Chili from Chef Phil!


At a glance

2 T Olive oil
12 Oz. ground turkey
1 T Cumin
1 T chili powder
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t salt
1 can- 28 oz. crushed tomato
1 can - 16 oz. kidney beans
3  Jalepeno - chopped
2 c chicken stock
1 c catsup


In a medium sized sauce pan, brown the onions in the olive oil, then add
the ground turkey and seasoning. Cook till turkey is nicely browned. add
remaining ingredients  and simmer for 45 minutes. Salt and pepper to
taste. Let rest for 20 minutes.
